Structure of floating rubber fender
Outer rubber layer The outer rubber layer protects the cord layer and inner layer from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand any weather condition and hard usage.
Synthetic-tyre-cord layer The cord layers are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and to distribute the stress evenly. The fenders cord layer is constructed by means of integrative twine technology and consists of polyamide fiber with high tensile stress, so that the fenders have unique strength and uniformity in different directions.
Inner rubber layer The inner rubber layer seals the air inside, utilizing a compound with airtight quality.

*Frequently check whether the fender body is damaged and whether the pressure is normal,and the valve core must be replaced every six moths *The steel wire should wrap the rubber pipe,when trying steel wire to pneumatic rubber fender in case the fender is stabbed *The surface or subject next to the pneumatic rubber fender can’t be hard and sharp-pointed in case the pneumatic rubber fender is stabbed *The accessories and jigs nuts can’t be loose when testing the internal pressure *The rope net should be reliable,the steel wire used for hanging metal parts and the hook link can’t be tied in disorder.
Storage of floating rubber fender
1. When not using for a long time,wash the fender surface,dry up and fill in sufficient right amount of compressed air to lay in a cool,dry and well-ventilated place. 2. The storage place of pneumatic rubber fender should be far away from heat source. 3. Try to keep fender away from acid,alkali,grease and organic solvents. 4. When not applying the fender,the pneumatic rubber fender cant be piled up and heavy items cant be piled on the fender
