Introduction

1.The cement grinding ball mill adopts high chromium alloy steel or dual-medium quenched steel lining plate, which has the characteristics of high quenching hardness and high toughness, and less wear in production.And the lining plate in the work can maintain the surface shape for a long time, completely eliminate the phenomenon of powder leakage, high output, low power consumption.

2.By making the hollow shaft diameter of the rolling bearing part of the cement ball mill thicker, the radial distance between the rolling bearing and the feeding screw cylinder is increased, which plays a certain role of heat insulation and cooling, and extends the service life of the bearing.

3.Self-aligning spindle is adopted to ensure the normal operation of the rotating part. Oil ladle, oil ring and automatic oil station are used for lubrication to ensure good lubrication of cement grinding.

Working Principle

First of all, the material enters the hollow shaft spiral of the material by the feeding device and uniformly enters the first bin of the mill. There is a ladder lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the bin, which is equipped with steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height and then they fall down, which has a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material.After the material reaches the first coarse grinding, the cement ball mill enters the second warehouse through the single layer compartment plate. The warehouse is inlaid with the flat lining plate and steel ball to further grind the material.The powder is discharged through the discharge grates to finish the grinding operation.
