Structure
The cement mill is composed of some main parts, such as feeding part, discharging part, turning part, transmission part ( reduction gear,small transmission gear, motor, electric control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, the inner lining can be replaced, the rotary large gear is processed by casting hobbing, and the cylinder body is lined with a lining plate, which has good wear resistance.
Working Principle
The material enters into the cylinder through the feeding screw in the hollow shaft for grinding. The cylinder is equipped with various sizes of grinding medium, such as steel ball, steel forging or gravel.When the cylinder rotates at a certain speed around the horizontal axis, the medium and raw materials packed in the cylinder, under the action of centrifugal force and friction, reach a certain height as the cylinder body. When their own gravity is greater than centrifugal force, they will be ejected from the wall of the cylinder body and fall or roll down, breaking the ore due to the impact force. At the same time, the sliding motion of the grinding media also has a grinding effect on the raw materials during the operation of the mill.The crushed material is discharged through the hollow journal.Due to the continuous feeding of materials, the pressure causes the material in the cylinder to move from the feeding end to the discharging end.When wet grinding, materials are carried away by water flow.During dry grinding, the material is taken away by the airflow outside the cylinder.
