Introduction

Structure and usage
Ceramic ball mill is mainly composed of cylinder, main bearing, reinforced concrete support, transmission part and so on.The cylinder body is provided with a welding combination integral including a shaft head, a sealing head and a cylinder body.
The main drive is realized by the belt drive at the end of the reducer of the main motor. The belt drive at the end is composed of a triangle belt. The triangle belt is wrapped at one end in the groove of the belt pulley, so that one end is wrapped on the surface of the cylinder.
Auxiliary drive is realized by auxiliary motor reducer and final belt drive.The main drive realizes the material grinding inside the barrel.
Working principle
The motor of the ceramic ball mill drives the cylinder body to rotate through the deceleration device. The crushed ore and steel ball in the cylinder body are brought to the height by the lining plate under the action of friction force and centrifugal force during the rotation of the cylinder body. Due to the action of gravity, the ore will be thrown down and dropped. The crushed ore is partially discharged through the discharge tube. After the discharged minerals are sorted into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill through the combined feeder to continue grinding. The feed machine continuously and uniformly feeds the ore continuously and uniformly into the ball mill through the combined feeder, and the final materials are continuously discharged from the ceramic ball mill. Ceramic ball mill can work 24 hours a day continuous.
