Product Introduction
Intermittent ball mill is mainly applied to mix and grind materials which guarantees the even particle size of products and saves energy. It is used for both dry and wet grinding. Intermittent ball mill adopts different types of liners to meet different requirements of production. The particle size of grinding can be automatically controlled based on the grinding time. The electric machine auto-transformer starts up to reduce the starting current. There are two structures: unitary type and freestanding type.
Working Principle
Intermittent ball mill makes the shell rotate through the speed reducer. Crushed ores and steel balls are lifted to a certain height with the friction and the centrifugal force. Then, they are thrown and fall down by gravity. Being impacted and ground, ores are gradually crushed and discharged out of the shell. After the qualified products are classified from the discharged ores in the spiral classifier. Coarse sand continuously and evenly return to the ball mill to be ground through coupling feeder. The feeder works orderly and ores and rocks enter into the ball mill through the coupling feeder. The crushed materials are discharged from the ceramic ball mill. It is able to work continuously for 24 hours per day.
