Brief introduction: 

The truss scraping machine is a kind of mud discharge equipment, which is installed on the rectangular advection sedimentation tank. 

The mud scraper is mainly composed of working bridge, transmission device, mud scraper, sludge lifting pump and so on. 

The machine is equipped with a fixed platform across the sedimentation tank, and the sediment in the sewage precipitates at the bottom of the pool. The sludge scraping machine scrapes the precipitated sludge into the central collection pit and uses the sludge pump to discharge the sludge. 

The machine has the advantages of simple structure, stable transmission, low operating cost and good mud scraping effect, so it is an ideal mud discharge equipment; application field: the equipment is mainly used in iron and steel, metallurgy, mining, sewage treatment and other industries. 

The mud suction machine of traveling pump is composed of working bridge, driving mechanism, submersible sewage pump, mud suction pipe, mud discharge pipe, track, electric control box and so on. 

The whole machine is driven back and forth along the long direction of the pool under the driving mechanism. In this process, the mud scraper at the bottom pushes the sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool to the suction port, and the sludge is sucked out from the bottom of the pool to the discharge tank outside the pool through the suction pump. 

The working bridge of the mud suction machine spans the parallel sedimentation tank, the tracks are laid on both sides of the pool, the mud suction machine walks on the two rails on the top of the pool, the mud suction machine is equipped with a driving device, the four wheels of the main and slave wheels are balanced on the track, both sides are driven at the same time, and the operation is stable. 

The pump-suction dredger generally stops at the inlet end of the sedimentation tank and starts the submersible pump. After the sludge discharge is stable, the truss drive motor is started to make the dredger move forward along the rail to discharge mud (to the outlet end). 

When the truss reaches the other end of the sludge sedimentation tank and touches the return stroke switch, the truss drives the motor to run in reverse, and the mud discharging machine begins to run backwards. When the truss reaches the other end of the sludge sedimentation tank, it stops driving the motor immediately when it comes back to the initial position and touches the stroke switch. 

At the same time, turn off the submersible sewage pump, mud discharge is stopped, thus completing a mud discharge cycle, waiting for the next command.
