Introduction:

The HVC-SS high vacuum chamber is used to build experimental vacuum systems on its own, such as plasma sputtering, CVD, or ALD experiments, and also as a high vacuum storage tank.

3, door: sealed with silicone sealing ring, diameter Ø350mm, and the door is equipped with Ø150mm glass window

4, vacuum degree: up to 1×10-6torr

5, heating temperature: internal heating platform temperature can reach 150 °C

6. Interface: There is a KF40 interface at the back of the cavity (used to connect the vacuum pump), there is a 1/4NPS at the top (the top plate can be punched and modified to facilitate the installation of various interfaces and connectors, can be purchased in the Division Quick vacuum joint
