The working principle of DMC single pulse bag filter is:
The dusty gas enters the dust hopper through the air inlet or the filter bag chamber through the open flange opening. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bag of the dust collector to enter the purifying gas chamber, and then is exhausted by the fan through the air outlet of the purifying chamber. Dust accumulates on the outside surface of the filter bag and increases continuously, so that the resistance of the bag filter rises continuously. In order to make the resistance of the equipment less than 1200Pa and the bag filter can continue to work, the dust on the filter bag needs to be removed periodically. The dust cleaning is started by the pulse valve of the PLC programmable controller in time sequence, and the compressed air (0.5-0.7Mpa) in the bag is caused by the pulse valve. The jet pipe sprays (called primary air) through the Venturi tube to induce the surrounding air (called secondary air) several times as much as the primary air into the filter bag so that the filter bag expands rapidly in an instant, and accompanied by the reverse force of the air flow to shake off the dust, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
