Product Brief
River sand dryer is a special dryer for drying River sand. The three-cylinder rotary dryer has large production capacity, wide application range, small flow resistance, easy operation, water dust removal, pollution-free and small area. River sand dryer is often used for drying sand, River sand, slag, coal slag, quartz sand and other materials with good fluidity. The material absorbs the heat from the inner drum and the middle drum, and at the same time prolongs the drying time so as to reach the optimum drying state. Material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. Material travels in a rectangular multi-loop way in the outer drum. Material that achieves the drying effect travels rapidly and discharges the drum under the action of hot air. Wet material that fails to achieve the drying effect can not move quickly because of its self-weight. Material is fully dried in the rectangular sheet, thus completing the drying purpose.

Working principle
The working principle of river sand dryer is that the material is conveyed to the silo by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then through the silo into the belt conveyor by disc feeder, conveyed by belt conveyor to the feeding pipe. The inclination of the feeding pipe of the new energy-saving dryer is larger than the natural inclination of the material, so that the material can enter the dryer smoothly. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal line. Material is added from one end, and the heat carrier enters the dryer with the material. After the inner cylinder, the middle cylinder and the outer cylinder reach the outlet, they enter the discharge bin. After the heat carrier is dried by the dryer, it is generally necessary for the cyclone dust collector to collect the materials carried in the gas. If it is necessary to further reduce the dust content of the tail gas, it should be discharged after passing through a bag filter or a wet dust collector. After drying, the material is separated into qualified products through linear grading sieve.

Installation of river sand dryer:
(1) Draw the baseline, and make the cross line, elevation line and central benchmark correctly on the baseline benchmark, so as to be convenient to use and accurate, and take into account that the machine base is not covered after installation.
(2) Install the base and tugboat, shovel the position of the cushion iron, draw out the center line of the base and tugboat, locate the installation position of the base and tugboat in accordance with the requirements of the drawings, adjust the position, first grout the foundation hole, when the concrete reaches a certain strength, tighten the anchor bolt, and then install the barrel after checking the qualified.
(3) Install the cylinder and the ring, first install the ring on the cylinder, fix the concave joint needed to be a positive and negative staggered configuration, and adjust the thickness of the pad iron, so that the contact between the ring and the concave joint keeps the corresponding gap, do not coincide, and spot welding concave joint bolt head and the cylinder body.
(4) Install the big gears, check the interface of the butt face before installation, and clean the contact surface between the big gears and the cylinder, then carefully correct the two half gears and tighten the bolt of the interface, so that the big gears can be installed on the cylinder. Rotate the cylinder and check the radial and lateral oscillation of the big gear until the adjustment is qualified.
(5) Installation of pinion, reducer and motor. According to the installed big gears, adjust the meshing parameters of big and small gears and meet the requirements of equipment, fix the position of pinion and reducer motor. Install the gear cover so that the distance from the edge of the gear is even.
