Dry-powder mortar production line includes a dry-powder mixer, a storage bin, a packaging machine and a secondary screw feeder. The combination of the production line can realize continuous production of the mixer, increase production, and is cheap, occupies a small area, suitable for use of small and medium sized mortar and putty producers.

Working principle

When the dry powder mixer works, the material in the mixer is driven by two spiral belts rotating in opposite directions. The spiral belts rotate counterclockwise along the inner wall of the mixer. On the one hand, the material is turned left and right, on the other hand, the weightlessness area is formed at the intersection and overlap of the two spiral belts. On the shape, size, and density of the material, can make the material in the instantaneous weightlessness state, which makes the material in the machine trough to form a full range of continuous cyclic turnover, interleaving and mixing each other, so as to achieve rapid mixing uniform effect. After one stirring, the stirred material is put into the storage tank by the secondary elevator, and then the second feeding and stirring are carried out. During the period, the packaging machine connected by the storage tank is used to measure the discharging material, which saves the time needed for discharging after the stirring is completed, thus increasing the output.
