Structure: Frame, Transmission system and Cutting system, which all made from SUS304 stainless steel, meet the international healthy demands.

Operation: Control system of the machine includes a control panel with function keys.

Application: Frozen Meat Flaker process large size frozen meat (-18℃~12℃) into small pieces. It is the pre-procedure of meat mincing or bowl cutting.

Feature: Reasonable structure: cutting knife and transmission rack were made in a line, which greatly improves endurance ability.

With this cover, worker could not touch the lifting part when the machine working. And when the back door open, the machine will stop working
