It is a   one-component modified epoxy adhesive. The surface of the firm bonding is   smooth and bright. The bonding can be formed only if heated.

Applications

It is applied to the   bonding and sealing of the frames to filter media which can be made of plastics,   composite fibers as well as the metal mesh.  

Features

It is sticky paste.

Curing time: It sets   within 15 mins when heated at the temperature of 120°C.

Being weather and   heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under   high temperature.

Having low   shrinkage, it can stand temperature shocks.

You’ll get long term   durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, and temperature   extremes even if it is exposed to some harsh environment

Shelf time is one   year at 3-5°C.

The main technical   parameters are as follows:

Heat resistance   scope：-80°C—500°C    hardness: shore D 83   shrinkage: 0.8  water absorption   rate:24 h＜0.05% 

Tensile   strength≥28MPa ;      Shearing strength≥30Mpa          

250°C  120H 8 Mpa.     -80℃ 72h  7.2Mpa   at 350°C,

tensile strength:3-4.6MPa

Instruction

1. Clean the surface of the material with   our special cleaning agent, make sure they have no dust or oxide layer on   them, wait until they are dry.

2. Pour the adhesive into the gap.

3. heating (heating temperature is   suggested to be between 100°C to 140°C)

1) Put it in the   oven, heat it at the temperature of 120°C for 15 minutes or even longer   depending on the heat absorption rate of material choosing.

2)Put it in the oven   and rise the temperature gradually,switch to 100°C, and heat for 5 minute,   and then rise the temperature to 120 or 130°C , heat it for 10 minutes.  

Notes

1.If it has contact   with skin, you should wash thoroughly with soap and water.

2 It is advised to   be stored in the fridge with its temperature between 5°C to 10°C , and keep   them away from fire.

3 Cover the lip   after using it.
