ZSZKD Type Vacuum Tester
Overview
ZSZKD type vacuum tester is the identification device used for vacuum degree measurement in vacuum arc-chute. It takes the magnetron discharge method and a single-chip computer as the main control unit, realized complete automation. The instrument sampling replaced the traditional peak current calibration method with the ion charge calibration method, thus effectively inhibited the transient power interference during the test. For its using of computer as the main control unit, it can easily take off the leakage current caused by environmental factors. The most prominent features of this instrument are: achieved vacuum arc-chute measurement avoiding demolition; direct indication of the value of vacuum, so that users of vacuum circuit breaker can know the circumstance in arc-chute in details, thus provide reliable data for how to replace the arc-chute systematically, and protection for safety power net operation, avoid the defect of power frequency overpressure method of only tell if the arc-chute is scrapped.
