ZSBTC Transformer Non-Load/Load and Capacity Tester
Overview
ZSBTC series of product can simultaneously measure power parameters like the AC voltage RMS, the average voltage, active power, power factor and frequency of a single or three phase power transformer, with a 0.2 grade measurement accuracy. It is an ideal replacement of the traditional analogue instrument for it's intelligent and professional design in non-load and load loss test of transformer.

Test items:
1. The three-phase RMS: Uab, Ubc, Uca;
2. The RMS voltage of the three-phase in average: / Uab, / Ubc, / Uca;
3. Three-phase current: I a, I b, I c;
4. The percentage of no-load loss and no-load current: Pm, 10%;
5. Load loss, percentage of impedance voltage and short circuit impedance: Pkt, ekt, Zt;
Features and use range:
1. Complete the full current load test on the distribution transformer under 1000KVA ; complete the load test of distribution transformer under 2500KVA in one third of the rated current (in , the instrument can convert the load loss result under the one third of the rated current into which under the rated current);
2. 240 × 120 large blue LCD display; the Chinese operation menu; test results and history can be printed;
3. 20 sets of parameters can be preset by the user, and these parameters can be modified, delete and increased in need;
4. Up to 20 sets of test results can be saved in advanced storage method;
5. The parameters and test results will be saved after strict inspection to ensure their accuracy and reliability;
6. High-performance processor to control and calculate; high-speed sampling; stable data;
7. Allows high voltage and high current measurement with external voltage transformer and current transformer;
8. To improve the measurement accuracy, the instrument has set three measure thresholds, thus you can get higher accuracy especially in low power factor tests ;
