Working Principle

When this machine is working, the mix cylinder rotates in multidirectional way to make the materials flow and diffuse in a fast speed, avoiding the materials gather together.

The mixing barrel is supported by two crossing shafts, connected by Y-type universal joints, so that the mixing barrel combines turning, rocking and rolling motions to thoroughly and quickly mix the contents while avoiding gravity stratification of materials. The principal components are the drive system, electrical control system, and mixing tank. The mixing tank is a polished stainless-steel barrel type with no dead corners. The unique driven shaft servo mechanism ensures smooth and reliable operation with low vibration and noise. Mixing evenness exceeds 99.5%, and the charge coefficient achieves 85%, better than rotary mixers. It is entirely GMP compliant.
