Brief Introduction

Multi Punches Rotary tablet press machine with high pressure,for pressing granular raw materials into tablets with general shape,special and circular shapes. The turret carries 17 sets of punches and dies, so 17 tablets will be pressed for each revolution of the turret. It is mainly used in various and large batch producing.XYP-17 is the preferred equipment of pharmaceutical,food and chemical industry.

4.It is equipped with powder absorbing device,which has a blower,storage powder room,filter powder room.When the machine is in top gear, producing flying power and falling powder in the middle die,which can be drawn through the suction nozzle to avoid bonding and clogging,to keep working normally.

5.It is equipped with variable frequency speed control device for electrical control,convenient operation,steady running,it’s safe and accurate.

6.Motor installed in the body case, dragging worm drive turnable with a Vbelt and equipped with CVT pulley on the motor,by moving the motor,the speed can be adjusted freely.It makes machine running safely without noise.
