Brief Introduction

 Multi Punches Rotary tablet press machine with high pressure,for pressing granular raw materials into tablets with general shape,special and circular shapes. The turret carries 19 sets of punches and dies, so 19 tablets will be pressed for each revolution of the turret. It is mainly used in various and large batch producing.XYP-19 is the preferred equipment of pharmaceutical,food and chemical industry.

 Characteristics

4.It is equipped with powder absorbing device,which has a blower,storage powder room,filter powder room.When the machine is in top gear, producing flying power and falling powder in the middle die,which can be drawn through the suction nozzle to avoid bonding and clogging,to keep working normally.

5.It is equipped with variable frequency speed control device for electrical control,convenient operation,steady running,it’s safe and accurate.

6.Motor installed in the body case, dragging worm drive turnable with a Vbelt and equipped with CVT pulley on the motor,by moving the motor,the speed can be adjusted freely.It makes machine running safely without noise.

Operating skills and maintance

1. Add lubricants on oil cup,oil hole and friction surface.Let machine running emptily so that all lubricants cover every corner ,extend service life
2. Let machine move emptily smoothly and trouble free.,then connect to power.Extend service life.
3. Choice for punch and dies:Thefaces of upper and bottom dies deforming the tablet face shape. The diameter of middle die is diameter of tablet.For example,chewable tablet requires a high hardness and need to be chewable conveniently,most of the tablets use beveled edges and flat face. If chewable tablets need to film coated,then choose light concave curved face dies.The herb medicine is non-adhensive,light concave curved face dies are suitable for herb tablets with heavey pressure machine.The middle die is made of alloy steel or hard steel.We don’t suggest customers use deep curved face dies to press tablets,it’s easy to wear.
4. If the middle die can’t insert into the mould,use the wood stick same size of the upper die,beat it down gently.
5. Check the qulality tablet regularly ,including the weight ,hardness and surface finish of tablets.Adjust it on time.It adopts slow speed to press tablet when the material is minerals, richful fiber content in plants,big size tablet and poor adhensive.The highest speed is less than 25r/min,whereas fast speed.
6. Cover lubricants on die and punch after cleanness(lubricants or edible oil),place in a special protective case or die storage box,put on shelves ,keep from pollution.
7. Make sure the working processing under the close situation,keep from pollution 8.Clear every parts after finished works,and add anti-rust oil,cover with anti-dust clothing.

Attention items

1. Read the manual in detail if you use the machine for the first time.
2. Forbidden to touch and use other tool into press chamber.
3. Don’t mix metal or other hard foreign matter in the particles/powders,in case of damaging moulds.
4. Turn off the electricity when exchange punch and dies
5. Shut dow the machine once the machine sounds abnormal,check and repair it on time
6. Dismounting the dies and parts when we don’t use it for a long time,keep it in box.
7. Particle processing and configuration influent the quality of tablet .Such as the powder material,particle density,rate for powders and particles,water content etc.It’s possible that we can’t press particles into tablet well or even damage the machine.The machine doesn’t work for wet powder ,semi soild material.If finished tablets are easy to be loose,break,dusting under the maximum pressure ,we have to find the reason from ingridients.Further more,some tablets are poor hardness,but they won’t break from 1-2 meters height,so the quality of tablet meets carriage and storage requirements first.In case of heavy pressure to damage machine
