Precious lead furnace

The Lead anode slime mixed with coke/coal as the raw material, then put into the furnace for reductive melting and finally we get Lead-precious metal alloy(mainly Pb-Ag-Au-Te-Bi-Sb alloy), which is also called expensive Lead.

The handling capacity of 10t/ furnace, and the reaction period is 12h/furnace. The feeding temperature is about 700~900°C,and the highest temperature is about 1250°C. The rotary speed is about at 0.5 ~ 0.6 r /min. This guarantees a smooth transmission and safe operations during the melting process.
