15 t/h coal briquette production line

In 2014, we sold one 15 t/h coal briquette production line to Ireland. Following I will introduce step by step.

1) Raw materials silo

The customer has three kinds of coal and we build three silos with different colors.

Conveyor after silos is to send coal into drum dryer.

2) Drum dryer

It is to reduce coal moixture to around 10%.

3) Between coal dryer and crusher, there is a big silo as coal dryer production is not stable.

It has two hoppers seperately for raw materials and binder

Rollers decide briquettes shape and size.

Our rollers are made of steel alloy and they are through surface heat treatment.
