Briefly introduction about the hydraulic briquette machine:

 

The force screw feeding device is driven by frequency variable motor. It drive many group of screw with gear reducer. Then the screw will force material into feeding inlet. Since the constant torque feature of frequency variable motor, when the infeeding material volume is equal to the material volume what machine need, it can keep the constant feeding pressure to make the stable briquettes quality. If the infeeding material volume much more higher, then the electric current of sending material device wil be overload, it will be automatically adjusted by electric control system. However, if the material infeeding much more lower, then it can not be formed into briquettes, then the electric control system will raise rotation speed to increase material feeding volume for forming quality briquettes.
