Application of biomass briquette production line:

 

Briquette production line is used for making biomass powders into shaped briquettes for better using, such as wood wastes, logs, branches, agricultural wastes, grain husks, fruit shells and other biomass briquettes.

 

These briquettes are usually as biomass fuel. So the briquettes are widly used in power plants, family heating, BBQ and other

 

The main structure of mineral briquette production line:

 

This whole production consists of some flow processes as following:  crushing process, drying process,  pressing process and packaging process.

 

Functions of each process:

1. crushing process: in order to crush raw material in the size of 3-5mm or below.
2. drying process: according to moisture of raw material, you can decide to choose the dryer or not. If the moisture of raw material is more than 15%, you have to use this device.
3. pressing process: in this part, the biomass briquette machine will compress the raw materials powder to produce the final briquettes, through high temperature and high pressure without any binders.
4. packaging process: save the labor cost and  reach full automation.
