Coal is one kind material with high specific gravity. With mixing certain binder, it is much easlier to form. The following, i will introduce the whole line for making coal briquettes for your better understanding. After checking it, i believe that you will think it is an easy way.

 

Simply introduction for coal briquette production line:
Machine is recommended according to material situation and customer’s request. The suitable material dimension for producing briquettes lesser than 3mm. The suitable material moisture content for producing briquettes roughly 8%. For getting good quality briquettes, we need to add certain ratio binder with material. Thus, after the briquette machine, you will get high quality briquettes.

 

Detailed parts of coal briquette production line.
Grinding process
Suitable material size for producing briquettes should lesser than 3mm. Thus, if your material size larger than 3 mm, you need one set crushing machine to reduce the material size.

Drying process
Suitable material moisture content for producing briquettes roughly 8%. If your material moisture content higher than 8%, you need one set drying machine to reduce the material moisture.

Binder mixing process
Coal is the material without any stickness, thus, it must be mix with binder to produce. For keeping material can be mixed evenly. There are the binder mixer recommended.

Second mixing process
One process to do mix may can not reach ideal effect. But the second mixing process can make material mix with evenly and ready to put into produce.

Pre-pressing process
This part has the function of increasing material density.

Briquette making process
With the former process, Coal Briquette Machine will produce the ready material into good product.

Drying process
This is the last process in this line. It added for reduce moisture of the final briquettes.After this process, the product can be invested in use directly.
