Special Considerations
- Since Ustam Baklava margarine has a balanced buttery taste and aroma it is not recommended to mix it with Urfa butter (plain butter).
- Ustam Baklava margarine should be melted using bain-marie method with no exposition to direct heat. Thus, heat spreads equally and margarine melts easily without burning.
- After products in baklava style are baked the fat accumulating on the top should be added to the separately melted and unused margarine.
- Products must be kept in room temperature (16-20 degrees), and must never be stored under the oven.
