Special Considerations

  • Ustam Baklava Plain can be mixed with Urfa butter (plain butter).
  • Ustam Baklava Plain should be melted using bain-marie method with no exposition to direct heat. Thus, heat spreads equally and margarine melts easily without burning.
  • After products in baklava style are baked the fat accumulating on the top should be added to the separately melted and unused margarine.
  • Products must be kept in room temperature (16-20 degrees), and must never be stored under the oven
