How to Make Fig Jelly |
A. Recipe for Original Fig Jelly STEP1 Bring 12500cc of water to a boil(100°C). STEP 2 Put 500g of fig jelly powder into the pot, stirring constantly. STEP 3 Count down for 1-2mins. STEP 4 Turn the heat off and pour jelly into a plastic food container. Scrape the bubble from the surface. STEP 5 Refrigerate 4°C after the jelly are chilled.
B. Recipe for Lemon Fig Jelly STEP1 Bring 15500cc of water to a boil(100°C). STEP 2 Put 250cc of lemon juice concentrate, 250cc of fructose and 500g of fig jelly powder into the pot, stirring constantly. STEP 3 Count down for 1-2mins. STEP 4 Turn the heat off and pour jelly into a plastic food container. Scrape the bubble from the surface. STEP 5 Refrigerate 4°C after the jelly are chilled. |
