How to Make Grass Jelly |
Recipe for Grass Jelly STEP1 Preparation: Mix 160g of tapioca starch with 1000cc of water and stir well. STEP 2 Bring 8000cc of water to a boil(100°C). STEP 3 Pour 3kg of mesona syrup into the pot, stirring constantly and scrape the bubble from the surface. STEP 4 Put 900g of granulated sugar in the pot, stirring well. STEP 5 Pour tapioca starch into the pot, stirring well and turn the heat off. STEP 6 Pour hot mesona syrup into a plastic food container. Scrape the bubble from the surface. STEP 7 Refrigerate 4°C after the jelly are chilled. |
The recipe can be adjusted by personal’s preference. To keep grass jelly fresh, Refrigerate 4°C and consume within 3 days after cooking. |
