Recipe for Making Sweet Balls STEP 1 Preparation:Mix 500g of powder with 300cc of water and stir well. STEP 2 Knead the dough on a floured surface. STEP 3 Rest dough for helf hours. STEP 4 Cut and pull dough into pieces.
Cook Guide: 1. Bring 2000cc of water to a boil(100°C). 2. Place sweet taro ball in the pot. 3. Count down for 5mins. 4. Turn the heat off and cover the pot. Count down for another 2mins. 5. Pour some dilute sugar or dilute honey syrup. |
To keep taro ball fresh, refrigerate 4°C and consume within 1 day after making. To keep cooked taro ball fresh, consume within 3 hours after cooking. |
