Ingredients: fancy white wheat flour, sugar, salt, egg powder, baking soda, citric acid, flavouring agent.
Cooking method: divide the package content into two 250g parts (for two cake pieces). Add 35ml of water, 70g of sour cream and 50g of butter or margarine to each part. Mix thoroughly to achieve homogeneous mass. Put the dough into the greased baking form and bake at 180-2000С for 25-35 minutes. Leave it for cooling down, then cut them into two, smear cream on each part and leave for soaking in a cool place for 30 minutes. Decorate the cake with egg-white cream and
nut paste or chocolate.
Cream: rub 200g of butter with 1 cup of sugar, add 2 eggs, vanilla and whip thoroughly.
