INTRODUCTION
DK 463 S is designed for use with or without pumice stone to give maximum abrasion with minimum damage
during the treatment of denim garments.
TEMPERATURE PROFILE
The temperature range of the Neutral products is also wide, the optimum temperature is 50°C, however, the
products will perform at 25°C. Again, this wide range of temperature, coupled with the broad pH makes the Neutral range extremely User Friendly.
pH PROFILE
Denykem's neutral enzyme has a broad pH and temperature range. The pH activity range of Ultima products is from 5.5 to 7.9 with minimal drop in activity. However, it is Denykem's recommendation that the products be used between pH 6 and 7.5. This broad band allows the Neutral cellulase to perform in a variety of local conditions. The broad range, as well as a strong buffer system, overcomes internal deviations in pH.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add DK 463 S to the process in accordance with production instructions. For optimum performance, use the following operational parameters:
Temperature: Commence at 50°C and allow to cool during the process.
Time: 25 - 90 minutes
pH: 6.0 - 7.5 (set by in built buffer system)
Liquor ratio: 4:1 to 10:1
