2.Wireless Access Point 

 

 

Introduction

 

WAP-348x wireless access point acts as a gateway between user applications and wireless vehicle detection network formed among  the WVD sensors installed on the road surface. WAP-348x manages the network and collects data from all the sensors, and on the other hand, provides data interface to user traffic systems.

Traffic Project

 

1.  Adaptive traffic signal optimization

     Through the real-time vehicle presence data which is detected by WVD130x, the controller will controll the traffic red light and green light adaptively, save the waiting time for the drivers, make the intersaction traffic more smoothly.

 

Wireless vehicle sensor detect and transmit real-time data on all directions,  and Wireless Access Point get the data via antenna. The traffic controller systems get and analyse the traffic flow data, and calculate the best traffic scheme, controlling traffic lights release time.  On improving transportation effiency and saving drivers' time.

 

2. Traffic flow detection system

   Detector is installed in specified road, detect every vehicle pass by, and transmit the real-time information to traffic management systems  via wireless access points. The user systems can  calculate the traffic flows by analysing the data.
