1. Application Of Magnet Separator:

1. Magnet separator can be devided into dry type magnet separator and wet type magnet separator.

2. Magnet separator is mainly applicable for the coarse granule magnetic mineral like beach placer and river sand.

3. Magnet separator is also could be used at the primary separation of the magnetic mineral.

2. Working Principles Of Magnet Separator:

1. The material in pours from the input port and the magnetic material in it absorbs on the surface of the tank under the action of the magnetic field.

2. With the rotating of the tank when the magnetic material disengages from the magnetic field, it falls into the chute under the action of the gravitation.

3. The nonmagnetic material was thrown into the tailings chute under the inertia and gravitation with the rotating of the tank.

4. Then the magnetic material and nonmagnetic material are separated, the separation work ends.

 

 

3. Application Of Magnet Separator:

Fine solids or thick powder material removed in weak magnetic impurities, used in ceramic and glass raw materials as nonmetallic ore, chemical industry, refractory material, medicine and food industries of purification materials, used for processing weak magnetic ore such as hematite, limonite, manganese ore.
