1. Brief introduction 

 

 

The mine flotator widely applies to the copper, the lead, the zinc, the nickel, the molybdenum and other non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and nonmetal minerals rough selection, secondary selection and counter-flotation process work.

 

 

 

 

 

2.  Working Principles

 

After being grinded in wet,  the ore which has been basically dissociated, is put into the mixing tank. There it is blended with water and mixed with chemicals to form the slurry. Then the slurry is sent to the flotation tank. With the impeller rotating to bring the air and stir the mixture, the minerals aimed to float come up to the bubbles above, forming the foam ore concentrate we want. The rotating scraper is used to scrape it away. The non-foam  tailings are discharged from the bottom.

 

 

 

 

3. Types of Zinc Flotation Machine:
