  Durable but Not Expensive Spiral Separator with ISO Certificate 

 

 

 

There are mainly four types of classifiers: High weir single spiral, high weir double spirals, submerged single spiral, submerged double spirals. It is used to :1)Classify ore sand during mine-selecting and cooperate with ball mill to form the closed circut; 2)Classify ore sand and fine mud during gravity separating; 3) Deslime and dehydrate during ore washing.

 

Different size and different density of solid particles have different sedimentation velocity. The fine ore grains float in the water and overflow while the coarse particles sink to the bottom and be pushed to the upper to be discharged. Based on this theory, the machine is made to be used as a kind of classifying device for mechanical classifying. It is often used to classify the ore pulp from the ball mill. The coarse ones are screwed into the feeder inlet of the mill by the rotating slice of the spiral while the fine ones overflow and are collected. It is mainly composed of transmission devices, spiral, tank, lifting device, supporting seat and the ore discharging valve, etc.The bottom of the machine is made of U-steel and the frame is made by welding the steel plates. The head to be immersed in water, and the end of the spiral shaft are protected by the cast iron sleeve, which are very durable and abrasive-resistant. The lifting device has two kinds: manually and motor-driven.
