Application

Seal and fill the gap of 0.5mm in telescoping or jolting flanges; especially sealing of flanges like loading-carried gear boxes, engine covers, oil shells, flanges plates, and driving rearaxles, etc.

 

Characteristics

One-part, general purpose, high intensity anaerobic flange sealant, can replace any gasket instantly, good medium resistance, can form a soft layer after cured.

 It cured when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces.

User's Guide

 

1) Keep the coated surface clean by removing the oil and retained gasket

2) Apply manually as a continous bead or by screen printing to one surfaces of the flanges.

3)Flanges should be tightened as soon as possible after assembly to avoid shimmig and assemble the wrong parts.

4)Wait about 30~60 min for set, and after 4~6 hour for curing
