Overview
HDL-300 full intelligent multiple pulse cable fault tester adopts advanced technology of embedded industrial computer platform, network services and USB communication technology system and this greatly improved the performance of the instrument in practice and is easy to operate.
The tester is chiefly characterized by avoiding the defect that 90% of complex high resistance fault waveform is difficult to read. Testing software can automatically distinguish, position and read the distance of fault point, this provides a multiple service mode and management software especially for increasing the buried cable fault.
This system is composed of four parts: a host computer system, multiple pulse generator, fault locator and cable path detector and high voltage power source. It is mainly used for testing all kinds of power cable fault, cable path, cable burial depth and daily management of cable data. It can also be used for accurate testing of railway and airport signal control cable fault and streetlight cable fault.
1. Adopts embedded industrial computer platform, Window XP system, integrated testing software and installed cable fault testing software and cable data management software which is in the lead in China.
2. Adopts 12.1in large touch screen, can operate by both touchpen or mouse. Bight display is suitable for outdoor use. lithium battery is convenient on-site testing. Plastic chassis, shock-proof achieve strong stability.
3. Adopts the latest USB communication interface to ensure signal collecting stable. the host can automatically select five kinds of sampling frequency from 6.25MHz to 100MHz, adaptive pulse width can meet the testing requirements of different cable lengths to reduce the rough measurement error and improve test accuracy.
4. Automatically distinguish different testing method and locating the fault point Automatically read and display the fault distance. It can be displayed in 3 different areas in the screen and will randomly display 10 low-voltage pulse waveform. It can works automatically or by manual operation to achieve dual-positioning fault. Double vernier can be accurate to 0.15m.
5. Unique design of multiple pulse generator. You can finish 3 different testing methods and no need to re-connect wires. One discharge can get 10 low-voltage short-circuit pulse waveform. It can greatly reduce oscillatory interference. Multiple pulse generator is small in size and its weight is only 5kg.
6. The host can equip with WIFI receiver and 3G software to get remote on-site test help and suggestions from our experts. Technicians can help on-site testing through android testing software at any time and anywhere.

5.My fusion splicer machine always has a larger splice loss,what reasons caused it? How solve?
W&F: 1).the electrodes are aging,you need to change new ones
2).the electrodes are not installed very well,you need to re-install and fix the electrodes well.
3).discharging current is not good,you need to do discharging experiment to make the current get the right point
6.splicing machine shows loss is not large,but it's larger when testing use a OTDR,what causes?how solve?
