2. Structure of Vertical Shaft Impact Sand Making Machine
SC series sand making machine is composed of machine body, feeding pipe, impact board, vertical shaft with rotor, motor, feeding hopper, crushing chamber, pedestal, etc.
3. Performance Advantages of Vertical Shaft Impact Sand Making Machine
Impact plate installed in machine body is made by special high-chromium cast steel, with high abrasion proof and for not being fastened with bolts it is convenient to be replaced. It uses closed rotor and feed through rotor.
Air cycle device is installed on both sides of materials feeding opening, which make the wind produced by rotation of rotor cycles in this device, thus to reduce the dust which is discharged outside.
Rotor is equipped with abrasion proof gaskets which prolong its useful life and reduce amount of easily damaged parts, to decrease operational cost. Because of being adjusted balance, the rotor with high speed realizes low noise and vibration.
Impact board can be reversed to use and its installing position can be adjusted up or down to make best use of its function. Its lubrication is adopted with grease.
4. Crushing Principle of Vertical Shaft Impact Sand Making Machine
Ready-to-crush materials are put from the top feeding opening, into high speed central part of rotor. The falling materials are threw out at high speed under the strong centrifugal force of rotor and crushed when they strike the impact board of main machine. When install impact board, the collision between materials and impact board should be a right angle to exert its excellent crushing performance. Artificial sand after crushing is discharged from the lower part of machine.
