Product Description

VSI Series artificial sand making machine is developed on the basis of our many years’ research and improvement, which combines the advanced technology of home and abroad. It leads the advanced technology of the new generation sand making machine with advantages of energy-saving and efficient.
The machine can be widely used in metal and non-metallic minerals, building materials, sand making, crushing and shaping of all kinds of metallurgical slag. It is suitable for brittle materials with Mohs hardness under nine, not suitable for viscous material and rock with much dirt.

Working Principle

In gravel making machine , material of high speed is crushed by self-broken mutual friction. Centrifugal impact crusher can not only crush but also shape stones.
According to feeding method, centrifugal impact crusher working form is divided into central feeding and central with cascade feeding. The crush form is divided into “rock on rock’ and “rock on iron” According to material compressive strength, abradability. There are four working forms: central with cascade feeding “rock on rock” and rock on iron”; central feeding “rock on rock” and rock on iron”

Features

1. Oil supplied by two oil pumps, stops automatically if there is no oil; cool by water, and motor heated automatically to start the machine in winter.
2. Hydraulic lifting when changing or checking the spare parts, so make it easily and convenient in maintenance.

4. Vibrating alarm device; if the crusher works abnormally, alarm will sound to make the machine stop working so as to protect the crusher.
5. Special feeding structure; rock on rock, and rock on iron in the crusher make the stones crushed and reshaped.
6. Unique dustproof seal system, to avoid the outside dust getting into the libration parts.
7. Perfect design on material bumping angle reduces the friction between raw material and spare parts, increases the spare parts life and cuts the cost.
