Sand Making Plant

1.Introduction:

Gravel crushing plant, including the hardness below the Moh's sclae of 9. Offer Jaw crusher, impact crusher, sand making machine, sandstone washer ,cone crusher, and sand seperating line, such as sand sieves, sand cleaning euipments, such as rotary cleaning amchinery.

2.Working principle:

First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated according to its size by the vibrating screen. After screen material go into the vertical shaft impact crusher and form a close circuit system .The products not matching needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crushing.

3.Characteristics:

The whole gravel crushing plant is highly automatic and the sizes of the finished products are even, good-shaped and can be adjustable, with high crushing ratio, highly process capacity, low power consumption, It is suitable for any type of crushing station, such as for road and bridge construction.

• technical support by e-mail on workday

•during the installation and commissioning, the seller shall send technician to the site for instruction of installation and commissioning, and for training of workers.

• the buyer shall afford the travelling expense (including the expense of airline ticket, train ticket, board and lodging); the buyer shall also pay the service fee of USD 80/day/person.
• If there is any equipment failure caused by the buyer, the seller shall assist the maintenance of machines and replacement of fittings, and charges appropriate fees.
