Complete Stone/Sand Making Plant

1.Introduction:

Gravel crushing plant, including the hardness below the Moh's sclae of 9. Offer Jaw crusher, impact crusher, sand making machine, cone crusher, and sand seperating line, such as sand sieves, sand cleaning euipments, such as rotary cleaning amchinery.

2.Working principle:

First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated according to its size by the vibrating screen. The products not matching needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crushing.

3.Characteristics:

The whole gravel crushing plant is highly automatic and the sizes of the finished products are even, good-shaped and can be adjustable, with high crushing ratio, highly process capacity, low power consumption, It is suitable for any type of crushing station, such as for road and bridge construction.

4.Processing capacity:

For stone crushing: 50-500t/h

For sand making: 20-180t/h
