Delivery and payment term:

within 3-4 months after received 30% advance payment,

Commissioning:

The supplier responsible for installation and debugging, and ultimately to produce the qualified profiles of agreement

The supplier should provide installation profiles within 2 months after the contract going to effect.

The factory building, equipment foundation, and cooling pool supplied by buyer , according to suppiler’s data. The installation required tool (lifting equipment, tool, ect.), the auxiliary material (wire, tubing, pipe, etc.), labor by the buyer to arrange.

The buyer should supply the water, electric, gas to the equipment interface.
