2000mm Slitting Line
BRIEF INTRODUCTION
This line is used for kinds of wide steel strip into certain width and then recoil them to meet the request for the cold roll forming steel line and high frequency welded pipe production line with the thickness of 1~6mm, and the width of 800mm~2000mm.

PROCESS FLOW
Coil storage→coil loading→uncoiling→guiding→flattening→feed-to-length→strip shearing→strip transport & kickoff→pallet lifting→longitudinal moving and stack output
INTRODUCTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS
1. Coil loading car
Put on coil on the machine with functions of cent ration and lean.
2. hydraulic double-cone uncoiler
one side of conical head rotate automatically with hydraulic clutch. Double-cone can open and shut movement or whole movement with arrester. Conical heads adopts hydraulic expansion.
3. Sheet guider and straightener
consists of sheet guiding press roll, bending roll, scooping device, and receiving table
4. End shear
Hydraulic shear, used to divide coil or cut off sheet ends.
5. Centering guide device
Each one group of vertical guide roll is provided of two sides of steel sheet. Each roll group is fixed onto a sliding seat. By adjusting screw thread pair via handwheel, the sliding seat moves along sheet width direction to suit different sheet width.
6. Disc shear
Use rotating disc shear proper for slitting.Drive power transmitted to upper and lower disc blade shafts via distribution cases; driven by DC55kW motor, whose speed tracks the whole line via PLC control; Machine frame uses stress relieved steel structure, processed as a whole piece; Hydraulic side exit type tool changing. Shear blade provided: totally 20 pieces in 10 sets.
7. Scrap barrel
Reel up cut off scrap edge, some of which can be used as baling straps.
8. Spiral accumulator
Working principle: Hydraulic cylinder of strip feeding unit holds down steel strip. The feeding motor drives the feeding roll to fill strip into the accumulator by friction force. The main motor rotates supply roll of the accumulator cage to store steel strip in the inner and outer storage zone. The drive motor will stop after one coil finished, and will resume feeding after cutting and welding of another coil.

DELIVERY
Four months after the contract comes into force.
PAYMENT TERMS
30% advance payment after signature of contract, 30% progress payment after two months, and 30% before delivery. Remain amount to be paid within 1 year after delivery.
PACKING
electric control part packed in wooden case, remaining nude packed.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The supplier will send technical persons to buyer’s site to carry out installation & testing and provide technical support. Relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer. During testing, the buyer shall provide required plant building & equipment, testing material and manpower support.
1. PAINTING
Equipment surface shall be coated with antirust paint. Paint color can be decided by the buyer or by the supplier on his discretion.
2.FOUNDATION WORK
The supplier will provide the buyer with foundation drawing of the equipment, with construction and supervision of foundation at the buyer’s own responsibility.
The client shall prepare plant building, equipment foundation, and cooling water pool as per equipment data provided by the supplier. Necessary installation apparatus (lifting rig, tools), installation accessories (wires, conduits, water pipes), and helping labors shall be arranged by the client.
The client shall provide water supply, power supply, and air supply to machine interface.
3.WARRANTY
The warranty will cover a period of one year starting from delivery for machines under normal operation conditions (Force Majeure excluded).
