    According to customer requirements, the design uses proven and reliable principal equipment of superior performance wherever possible to produce high precision products of dimensional tolerance meeting national standard at low cost to improve market competitiveness of products.

Production process flow:

Uncoiler--flattener--cutter and butter welder-- forming unit--PC tracking shear--discharging rack--electric system--hydraulic system

LW400 Parameters:

Delivery:  Shipment of goods in accordance with equipment list within five (5) months starting from the next day of contracting and receiving downpayment.

Payment terms: 30% of the contract value will be paid by T/T after contracting, 70% of the contract value will be paid by T/T before shipment.

Packing:  Electric control parts will be packed in wooden cases, remaining will be packed naked.

Installation & commissioning: The supplier will send over personnel to supervise installation and carry out commissioning. Installation and commissioning duration is 1.0 month. The client shall be responsible for boarding & lodging, and commissioning expenses. Warranty period: one year.
