1. Brief introduction of XBM Spiral Classifier / Sepqrator
1). The spiral classifiers is the machine employed to eliminate the impurities which inside of ore materials;
2). The spiral classifier belongs to the washing plant ;
3). Thespiral classifier is widely used in the field of sand factory ,electric pole factory ,work-site of building and concrete dam to wash classifying and de-watering various sand;
4). There are mainly four types of classifier: high-grading single-screw and double-screw, sinking type single-screw and double-screw classifier.
2. Application of XBM Spiral Classifier / Separator
1).Our Spiral classifier/Separator is widely used in the distribution of ore in closed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and fine slit in gravity mills, grading granularity and flow of metal ore-dressing, and de-sliming and dehydrating in washing;

3. Structure of XBM Spiral Classifier / Separator
1) Spiral Classifier mainly consists of driver , screw , trough , lifting device, bottom-support ( bearing bush ) and the discharging valve;
2).The base adopts channel steel material, and the frame is welded with steel plate;
3).The water input and spindle head of the screwing shaft use cast iron, making them durable and wear-resisting;
4). The lifting device has two types :motor-driven and hand-driven
