Ore Flotation Machine

 

Flotation Machine Application:

   Copper ore flotation machine is suitable for the flotation process, the ferrous metal mineral, also available in non-metallic mineral classification; especially, it is suitable for the ore, which is mixed by other fine grain, and complex ingredient, as the mineral separation process is able to obtain the good separation effect.

 

Working principle of Flotation Machine:
 The Flotation Machine was driven by the motor with the working of impeller rotation, and then produces the centrifugal effect, and form the negative pressure. On one hand, absorbing enough air to mix with the pulp; on the other hand, stirring the mixture of pulp and drugs, in the meanwhile, refining bubble, make the mineral adsorbed on bubbles,  float to the pulp surface and form the mineralized bubble . Adjust the  flashboard height, control the pulp surface, make the foam scraped by the scraping plate.
