Efficient Spiral Classifier

Spiral Classifier Introduction:

   This screw washing machine is mainly used for sand factory, electric pole factory, work-site of building and concrete dam to wash, classifying and de-watering various sands. This sand washer adopt inclination of 15,under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool, this machine have three functions of washing, de-watering, classifying.

    Application of spiral classifier:
Our spiral classifiers are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and fine slit in gravity mills, grading granularity and flow of metal ore-dressing, and de-sliming and dehydrating in washing. With more than 20 years experience in beneficiation we are professional manufacturing high weir type, single and double spiral, and immersed single and double spiral classifiers.

Features  of spiral classifier:
1.High grading precision to strictly control the size of particle with the special design.
2.The grading point can be freely adjusted by the grading rotor and the air-processing capacity to get the wanted product in large scope.
3.The vertical single impeller makes the flow field stable with high processing capacity and high grading efficiency.
