Technical Specifications:
Selecting a Memory Location
If you wish to change the default test parameters, you will need to begin by choosing a memory location first.
There are 30 memory locations each of which contains 99 steps. The steps can be connectedsequentially to form a multi-setp test routine. Only one electrical safety test type can be selected for each step.
- Standard PLC interface, optional ports: RS232C, RS485, GPIB, USB
- Calibration and prompt function, after twelve-month use, tester can automatically give the prompt information
- Test results which maximum can be up to 9999 will be stored into the instrument or sent to PC through RS232 interface
- Adopt 240*64 graphic dot-matrix LCD, displaying setting parameters and testing parameters strikingly, visually
- LCD contrast, buzzer volume, retention time of PASS signal can be adjusted by keystrokes
- Users can name the memory groups as required freely, which maximum can be up to 14
- User friendly, support both Chinese and English, simple and convenient operation
- The tester will first check whether the input power supply right connected to N, L, G
- Output voltage with out of tolerance auto-detection function, when error between actual output voltage and setting voltage exceeds5%±5V, the tester will alarm with out of tolerance of voltage after testing
- Automatic detection whether operators touched hi-pot probe, upon hi-pot probe is touched, the tester can’t be performed
- Key lock, preventing operators from modifying testing parameters
- Optional output voltage modes: Normal mode and Step mode. Normal mode is that tester automatically stops hi-pot output when test time is out; Step mode is according to users’ setting value, tester automatically will switch to second-step voltage output on the first-step voltage when test time is out.
- Measuring terminal can choose grounding connection mode or float grounding mode
- Users can perform single-step test or multi-step consecutive test with any procedure
- Real current capable of measuring capacitive load
- Rectification circuit adopts RMS-DC converter, truly reflecting test’s output voltage and measured current value
- DC and insulation test with RAMP-HI and CHARGE-LO function
- Stabilized voltage output with the stability of 1% with linear power amplifier . The tester satisfies the safety regulation criterion, which requires the crest factor must be in a range between 1.3 and 1.5
- 0.2s quick discharge after DC withstanding voltage testing and 0.4ms quick cut-off after AC withstanding voltage testing
- In AC withstanding voltage testing, Output voltage is within a frequency between 40.0~400.0Hz.(at a resolution of 0.1Hz), Which can satisfy different customers with various requirements
