Nanjing Allwin Instrument Science And Technology Co., Ltd.
The CS9933ET-2 AC/DC Withstanding Voltage/Insulation Resistance/Ground bond Tester, is the test instrument that can handle the insulation test with high voltage and high resolution required for the evaluation of the PV module, Cable, Connector, and Junction Box. It can be finished three test that is AC/DC hipot, insulation and ground resistance automatically. With fast test speed, stable performance, it is widely used in production line.
Photovoltaic safety tester is used to test PV module, cable, connector, terminal box, …etc which can deal with high voltage and high sensitivity insulation test. There are two functions that are high voltage test and insulation resistance test in total.
According to the IEC61730 standard(photovoltaic module safety qualification—part I: Requirements for construction which describes the fundamental construction requirements for photovoltaic modules in order to provide safe electrical and mechanical operation during their expected lifetime), the definition of PV module application is divided into A, B, C.
The current measuring terminal can choose the grounding mode or the floating mode. Insulation voltage withstand test of photovoltaic module is based on the application of IEC61215/61646 and the maximum voltage of the system.
Maximum test voltage for the application class A:2000V plus 4 times the maximum system voltage
For the maximum voltage application category B:1000V system 2 times
According to the calculation of a maximum voltage of 8000V, the company CS9923GS, CS9923G is based on this standard production
According to the calculation of the maximum voltage B 6000V, CS9922G, CS9922GS is based on this standard production
Take one of our PV module international company as a example, They set three test steps, the first step is doing the insulation test, the second step is doing the ground resistance test and the third step is doing the DC high voltage test.
