GC106 Calorimeter is new developed model based on ZDHW-5 Calorimeter.
General Introduction of Measure Heat
Heat capacity of the calorimeter temperature of the system is the amount of heat of the apparatus is increased by the absorbed heat 1 ℃, with the J / K expressed. If you want to increase the combustion temperature of the sample is calculated based on the calorific value of the sample should first know that the water temperature rises 1 ℃ need to absorb much heat.
Under High Pressure Oxygen Condition:
Put samples in hot-corrosion-resistant metal crucible.
Put this crucible in oxygen bomb and seal it.
Charge oxygen in the bomb until the pressure reach 3.0Mpa
Put oxygen bomb in and turn on the calorimeter, burn the sample.
The heat will pass to the water in cylinder.
Calorimeter can calculate the calorific value of samples according to measure the water temperature, cylinder and bomb.
Features of GC106
1, the heat capacity of about 10500J / K 2, the external water cylinder capacity of about 51L 3, the inner cylinder capacity of about 2.1L of water 4, Accuracy: better than GB 5, the use of the environment: 5-40 ℃ 6, the temperature resolution: 0.0001 ℃ 7, the power supply voltage: AC220V ± 15% 50Hz
Working Principle of Measure Heat
Stirrer is composed of mini electric motor, stir vane and stirring shaft. The stirring speed is stable. Inner cylinder frame is made of plexiglass or bakelite. Oxygen charger is special designed to work with calorimeter, it can completely avoid splash during the charging. The charging speed can be adjusted. It is very easy to operate.
