GC106 Calorimeter is new developed model based on ZDHW-5 Calorimeter.
General Introduction of What Is Bomb Calorimetry
Calorimeter (Calorimeter), commonly known as the calorimeter, said kcal domestic instrument, the main measure calorific coal, straw and other solid, but also measurable heat oil and other liquids, mainly for thermal power, cement, coal, new energy, etc. fields.
Under High Pressure Oxygen Condition:
Put samples in hot-corrosion-resistant metal crucible.
Put this crucible in oxygen bomb and seal it.
Charge oxygen in the bomb until the pressure reach 3.0Mpa
Put oxygen bomb in and turn on the calorimeter, burn the sample.
The heat will pass to the water in cylinder.
Calorimeter can calculate the calorific value of samples according to measure the water temperature, cylinder and bomb.
Features of GC106
1, the use of advanced single-chip system, the instrument has automatic water, drainage, auto temperature, automatic mixing, automatic ignition, automatic printing and other functions, simple operation, long continuous measurement. 2, large-screen LCD display, Chinese menu prompt, simple and easy to operate. 3, with the experiment and converted high calorific functions. 4, automatic cooling calibration experiments, the use of ambient temperature requirements relaxed. 5, the automatic tracking the ambient temperature, the water temperature need not be measured outside the barrel.
Working Principle of What Is Bomb Calorimetry
Same as ZDHW-5 calorimeter, it is composed of shell, outer cylinder, inner cylinder, stirrer, oxygen bomb and so on. Outer cylinder is made of double shell stainless steel, the stirrer can adjust water temperature. There is also water inlet and outlet to adjust the water temperature and water level.
