General Introduction and Application
GC104 Coal Automatic Moisture Analyzer meets both standards of Determination of total moisture in coal(GB/T 211) and Microwave Drying: Determination of Water microwave drying of coal (GB/T 15334). This device is mainly used in the analyses of coal moisture. It is suitable for  measurement of electricity, coal, petroleum, chemicals, coke, steel, metallurgy in laboratory, field, universities, research institutes and the quality and technology supervision departments. It is multi-functional, fast, excellent and inexpensive.

Coal Microwave Drying Moisture Analyzer Features:
Multi-function: This device could be used in microwave drying, quartz heating tube drying, or a combination of microwave heating and tube drying function.
     Multi-use: The device is equipped with a computer system. It is basally a computer if you ignore the analyzing function. 
  Multiple samples: the device is capable to analyze 1 to 8 samples each time. Each sample can be determined automatically without manual records.
     Fast drying: Under the strong microwave energy field, water molecules strenuous motion, collide, friction and heat. While heating the sample both inside and surface, water molecules rapidly gain energy and evaporate, thereby, the sample can be dried in a very short time (about 8-15 mins).
     Fast result: Automatic weighing, the samples are analyzed in a closed microwave cavity, thereby no manual operation needed, and the sample immediately can be weighed without cool down. And the progress of identify, peel, weight can be processed automatically by computer, thus the process is very fast.
      Better precision: equipped with a Germany Sartorius electronic balance, the whole progress processed automatically, with high accuracy and repeatability. 
      Better performance: excellent performance and high reliability were considered while designing. Highly integrated modular design, efficient central processor, make sure the device has excellent stability and reliability. 
       Save time: Using microwave drying and closed auto-weighing, the entire analyze process save at least 85% of analyze time, compares to nitrogen-drying or air drying.
 Save power: Using microwave heating to directly effect on the water molecules, the sample get heating simultaneously inside and surface, reducing heat loss in intermediate links, thereby the entire measurement process save at least 75%-80% of power, compares to traditional electric drying.
